Our serene guesthouse is in a great private location for wine getaways or family vacations. This single-level home is nestled on the 34-acre estate and offers all the comforts of home with all the luxury touches of a high-end hotel.

Cozy up in the living room and soak in the exquisite views out of the large picture windows. This spacious living room features a comfy couch, loveseat, and a beautiful wood burning fireplace. This is the perfect area to sit back and enjoy some Beckham Estate wine and conversation before or after dinner. Did we mention you receive a complimentary tasting per guest at the tasting room? Do you need some quiet time? Curl up with a book in the small, extra living space with another wood burning fireplace. Or maybe pop some popcorn and make it a movie night. No matter where you choose to be in this house, prepare to be comfortable and relaxed in your own vineyard getaway.

The open kitchen boasts beautiful countertops, brand-new appliances, and everything needed to prepare a family meal or vineyard brunch. Snack and sip in the breakfast nook area, or dine together at the farmhouse-style dining room table. You might find yourself volunteering to do dishes just so you can look out the windows at the view. Not into cooking a large meal? Allow us to help coordinate an in-home chef to serve a professional dinner.

No matter which of the three roomy bedrooms you choose, you will have a view of the vineyard. The warm blankets and fluffy pillows keep calling to you so wake up and grab a cup of coffee or have breakfast in bed as you gaze peacefully out the window to start your day. Indulge yourself! The primary bedroom features a king bed and en suite bathroom with standing shower. The newly renovated guest bath offers the additional bedrooms a place to refresh with shower-tub combo and modern fixtures.

Out back there is a big grassy area that is perfect for yard games. Cornhole anyone? The kids will have plenty of room to use up all of that stored energy. The large patio has seating and two BBQs for your grilling expertise. Sit back, and enjoy your favorite beverage while the steaks are grilling and the kids are laughing and playing.
